1. User Ownership of Experiences:
Users who own land in VerseX retain full ownership and control of the experiences they create on the platform.
VerseX acknowledges that user-created experiences are the intellectual property of the users.
2. No Claim of Ownership:
VerseX does not claim ownership or rights over the experiences built by users on its platform.
3. Licensing for Platform Enhancement:
By using VerseX's services, users grant VerseX a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sub-licensable, transferable right and license to use, reproduce, publicly display, distribute and adapt the publicly shared experiences for the purposes of developing, distributing, providing, improving and promoting the VerseX platform and its services.
4. User Privacy and Data Protection:
VerseX respects user privacy and data protection rights and complies with relevant regulations. User data is handled in accordance with VerseX's Privacy Policy.
5. Fair Usage:
Users are expected to create experiences that adhere to VerseX's content guidelines and do not infringe upon the rights of others.
6. Attribution and Recognition:
VerseX may acknowledge and promote user-created experiences with proper attribution to the creators.
